Meet Sara

My name is Sara Abtahi, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and holistic wellness coach based in North Vancouver. My passion for nutrition started early—growing up, my mother always prepared fresh, nourishing meals, and that shaped how I looked at food and health.


In high school, I became fascinated with science and how the human body works. This interest led me to complete a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and begin my career as a
nutritional consultant in a medical clinic in Iran.


After moving to Canada 25 years ago, I worked for almost a decade in hospitals and homecare facilities, supporting people with many different health conditions. These experiences taught me something important: everyone’s body is unique, and healing requires a personal, whole- body approach.


To deepen my knowledge, I continued my education at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, where I became a Certified Nutritional Practitioner. I also completed additional training in
Therapeutic Nutrition, Supplementation, and Herbal Pharmacology, which allows me to incorporate both science and natural approaches into my work.
